Ohio & Tennessee Residents are required to hand carry titles and pay taxes and transfer upon Inspection & Registration. These two states also have laws that won't allow the registration of vehicles that have "RED" Rebuilt Titles. HOWEVER, vehicles with "NORMAL" rebuilt titles can be registered in both states.
